We are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. Our description of the listing states that you will have access to "community amenities". Foxwood Hills is a rather large community and yes, the indoor pool and outdoor pool are at two separate locations.. Unfortunately, we advertise it as being lake front, not as having a pool on our campsite. I am sorry that you found the description misleading. None of our past guests have had any issues, or misinterpreted the listing, but I have updated it to reflect that future guests will need to drive to the pool. The indoor pool is a 3 minute drive from the camper. The outdoor saltwater pool is less than 2 minutes. When I message guests prior to check-in, I tell them that the blue welcome folder inside the camper has directions to all amenities (I messaged this to you as well). "Directions to amenities" implies that the amenities are not on the actual property. We include pictures of the campsite, and do not show any of the amenities on the property. We are saddened you did not enjoy your stay, but do not feel that our advertising is misleading. I am sorry you feel that your misinterpretation of the listing was worth a 2 star rating. We work hard to keep the camper maintained and clean for our guests, and want our guests to leave happy. We are genuinely sorry you did not.
