Lovely renovated 120-m² house in the heart of La Grande Motte.
The house has 3 bedrooms (but one of them will be closed off to store our personal belongings), so there are 2 bedrooms left that can accommodate a total of 4 people, as well as 3 bathrooms—2 with showers on the main floor and 1 with a bathtub upstairs.
The house is ideally located between the golf course, the Ponant, the city centre, and the beach. (Allow about 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by bike for most places.)

Beautiful quiet and pleasant area (villas des goélands), directly connected to the center of La Grande Motte.
The house is a through house, so it's very pleasant and bright, it has two terraces, one in front (with plancha, table for eating under pergola and outdoor living room with coffee table) and one behind overlooking the garden and pool (with table and chairs, garden furniture and outdoor shower)
2 private parking spaces plus other free spaces on the square)


Note: This house is our home year-round, so we may leave some personal belongings in the cupboards and other storage spaces, but rest assured, we leave you enough room for yours

The neighborhood is very quiet and all amenities are close by (pharmacy, tobacco, supermarket, ATM, bakery, laundromat, dry cleaning, florist, pizzas, brewery bar, delicatessen, and a restaurant) all at the end of the street (2 min walk)

Neighbourhood highlights

Very quiet neighborhood, says Les Villas des Goélands ideally located away from the summer hustle and bustle but very close to the center despite everything, very quickly accessible by car we arrive at the house and leave it then leave the big clump very quickly, everything is very easily accessible via the pedestrian and cycling paths that cross the big clump absolutely everywhere.
You are close to the center without experiencing the hustle and bustle, so quiet in the evening when you come home from a busy day, and despite everything you can enjoy the shops and other located at the end of the street if you don't want to make the 3min drive or 10min walk to reach the city center
