We were a group of five and absolutely enjoyed our stay. Ebele is a really friendly and helpful person. When we had a problem she came quickly over and relieved it. In about 15 minutes you can easily reach Dollis Hill or Willesden Green Station by foot and you'll find grocery stores and pubs nearby. We'd like to come back again.

We had booked two Rooms and had The House just for us. Very Nice rooms and a Nice bathroom. It is a little far away from The underground, but The bus Was just 1 minute away. The host was very kindly and did everything she could to make our stay plesent. We would love to stay there again next time We visit london.

Short-term letting of homes is now allowed to a maximum 90 nights in a calendar year, putting London on the same footing as other English towns and cities.

Until 2015 these rentals were potentially in breach of outdated 1973 Greater London Council laws requiring Londoners to get planning permission for rentals of fewer than 90 nights, or face a fine of up to £20,000 for each unlawful rental.

This law, which was poorly and confusingly enforced across the capital, has now been amended by the Deregulation Act, whose provisions on short term lets came into force on 26 May 2015.

Does a 90day limit apply to a lodger?

A lodger is someone who occupies part of a house but whose occu­pation is under the control of a landlord or his or her representative who resides in or retains possession or control over the house - Thompson v Ward [906] KB 60

In most cases a hotel occupier will also be a lodger or licensee - Luganda v Service Hotels [969] 2 Ch 209
