One of them has a TV. The house has a big kitchen with all new utilities. The bathroom has a shower and there are two toilets. There are two balconies, one in the front and one in the back. It is near excellent beaches of North Cyprus. The sea is just opposite the house. There is a garden with newly planted trees.
