It is very difficult to find warm apartments in La Paz, there is almost no central heating systems on any building in our city. Our apartment gets the sun all day long so it feels like we have a central heating installed ! Enjoy our 127 square meters flat with great views, quiet and very fresh and bright room areas.
You will get free Internet wifi , cable , all kitchen accesories necesary
for you to cook your breakfast and daily meals. The electrical water system provides you wonderful hot water to both bathrooms and Kitchen.
Interaction with guests
I always make sure I met my visitors when they arrive. If its too early, I drop by in the following hours to make sure everything is according to what you expected. I am keen to help in anything you ask for, including helping you to get tourist information related to the city and other services needed. If you are Beer fun, and are you around any friday I can invite to join us on our weekly beer Tour trips.
Other things to note
In order to keep improving our flat we make sure to lisen our visitor´s recommendations. We have been fixing our internet wifi line and the kitchen ware as requested by our latest customers.
The flat is in very good conditions, clean walls and well maintained furniture. We would expect you take care it as any home as if where yours. After you leave we will expect you to leave the towels provided as on any hostels service. No pets allowed and if you smoke we would ask you to do it on the small balcony next to the kitchen. Its very relaxing to smoke with fresh air and a great view.
Lived all my live in La Paz, Bolivia. Went to School to the USA and Germany and returned to invest in my beloved crazy city first as a Chemical Engineer and today as Brew Master as my current cool profesion. Currently working at my two companies : Owner and Founder of Sayabeer Brewery since 1997, and since 2006 also owner and co-founder of the Adventure Brew Backpackers Hostels at the La Paz touristic City Area. With that background I have been managing to learn and discover the secrets of having fun, eating, drinking and discovering La Paz and its sorroundings.
