This ground floor, 83 square-meter vintage Paris apartment is a the heart of one of Paris's most prestigious neighborhoods, the 16th arrondissement. The place is near the Mairie du 16e (City Hall), the OECD, near restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, buses, bikes rentals, and metro stations.
This space is a truly wonderful apartment but I don't have much time to give it all my attention. If you want high-level digs, definitely opt for a hotel or a more groomed air bnb place. I have adjusted the price accordingly compared to the market and ask that my guests treat my Parisian apartment like if it were their own, and please take care of its not-so-new but charming features, including a Clavinova piano for someone who might need to practice this summer or just enjoy playing.
Guests have access to pretty much everything, there is no terrace or courtyard access (beyond opening your bedroom window to the courtyard but that's it). You cannot beat the neighborhood.

I am not available in person but Ricardo, my good friend, is there to check you in and answer any questions. I am also available by watsapp or phone, I am just not physically in Paris at this time.

I have adopted the Murcia - Alicante area as one of my homes for a few years now. I am California-born and raised, and Franco-Uruguayan by my parents. I love my stays in the Murcia-Alicante area, where I do freelance translations and enjoy writing. I have lived in San Francisco, Boston, Paris, Marrakech and Algeria, and travelled extensively around the world. In Spain, life is simple, human and less stressful than many other parts of the world. You'll love it here.
