We didn't want to leave The Nook, it was so homely! The whole cottage is beautifully designed, spacious and yet cosy too. We weren't there for a walking holiday, simply somewhere lovely with a view to spend some time, which is what we got. Thank you Neil and Naomi!

We stayed here for 4 nights with our 3 month old baby and our dog, it was a perfect first family holiday, lots of lovely walks nearby, a lovely dog friendly pub up the road, Neil and Naomi were very accommodating. We will be back.

A hidden gem in a Hidden valley! The Nook is up a lane away from the village of Edale and set in such a beautiful spot that you can go walking straight from the door. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated with some lovely homely extra touches that make you not want to leave. Thankyou Neil and Naomi for putting so much thought into the needs and wants of your visitors.

This little Nook is perfect for a holiday to the peaks! The house is gorgeous, interior decor high spec and all very comfortable. They provide all you need including fresh bread, jam and coffee on arrival and even Netflix for the rainy days! There are walks you can do from the door of the house over into local villages. We had our 11 month old girl with us who loved feeding the chickens in the field on the farm and looking at the sheep. Neil and naomi were brilliant hosts. They gave us a BBQ so we could eat out on the patio by the brook. It's worth saying the other cottage is just next door which didn't bother us at all. Neil and naomi provided maps and really good ideas on what to do. We cycled round lady bower reservoir and walked over to Castletown which had some really nice cafes and pubs. Would really recommend staying at the Nook!

The nook is an absolutely gorgeous property, the kitchen and bathroom are particularly stunning! It was the perfect rural retreat from our busy lifestyle! Neil and Naomi were so accommodating, genuinely lovely hosts! The cottage is situated perfectly for anyone looking for a walking holiday, with the fells right on your doorstep. However, we preferred to relax in the property and the nearby pubs! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our short break in the countryside and would highly recommend the nook to our family and friends!
