New construction walk-out/daylight basement apartment on Sleepy Ridge Golf Course with plenty of light and privacy. Kitchen is for reheating leftovers or serving light meals. It is located within 1-2 miles of I-15, train station, UVU, shopping, 2 parks within walking distance, situated on the golf course, 10-15 minutes from BYU, 30 minutes to Sundance, 45-60 minutes to ski resorts in SLC and Park City. Easy self-checkin/out. Visitor parking is located next to apartment and across the street.
The private entrance to the apartment is located in the rear of the home, and opens into an open family room and kitchen, with a 50" TV and cable, then there is a large bedroom with a king bed and a smaller room with a double bed, and a fully-tiled bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.
Apartment is located in the walk out/daylight basement and is accessible via a walkway around the home. Door is opened via a keypad (code is provided just before check in).
Interaction with guests
We usually keep to ourselves, but we are more than happy to help with tourism and dining recommendations, etc.
Other things to note
-No street parking between 11pm-6am. Must use the visitor parking areas.
-Apartment is located in a walk-out basement and has significant soundproofing. However, some footfall can be heard above during waking hours which are generally 6:30am-10pm.
-Be sure to use (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps and not Apple maps to find us. The address is not in Apple maps.

I am originally from Missouri and New York, and my husband is from Brazil, so we travel a lot! We love to be outdoors and enjoy snowboarding, rollerblading, hiking, etc. We also love watching movies and eating really good food. We have stayed in many hotels around the world, some nice and some not so nice, and we want to make sure our guests have a very comfortable, quiet, and clean place to stay with plenty of privacy.
