Very spacious apartment, less than 10 minutes walking distance from the historical centre. Inside the house there is a living room with a sofa bed, from which you have access to the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electrical oven, microwave oven and all that is necessary. From the kitchen you have also access to the private garden of 150 sq.m., equipped with barbecue and table so you can eat outside. In the house there is also a spacious bathroom with a tub and a big room where you can sleep in four people. The house is very tranquil and silent, ideal for a group of friends or a family with children.

The house is an extremely comfortable position, a 10 minute walking distance from the historical centre and around the corner you will find any type of shop you’ll need.
Fairly near by you can find a supermarket, nice cafés, a grocery store, a bakery, pharmacy and also a fantastic ice-cream parlour.
The house is also a 5 minute walk from the association Canottieri Comunali di Firenze, and two public pools. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk and the train station less than 1 km from the apartment. casa
