Welcome to this beautiful spacious apt in Crown Heights/Bedsty Brooklyn. The apt is very spacious and clean. The home is located 2 1/4 miles from Barclay Center and 15 minute train ride to lower Manhattan and 20-25 minutes to midtown Times Square. The home is available for long term 28+ day rental, and short term bookings. NYC has strict short term rental guidelines. No more than two guests are now allowed to occupy if less than 30 days.
