I was a little hesitant to book at first due to the limited reviews on this location, but I am so glad we booked with Alex. We loved our stay! The place looks just like the pictures and was extremely clean. It was conveniently located to the tube, which took us everywhere we needed to go. The Notting Hill area is also really nice so there were times when we just stayed in the area to grab a bite or walk around. Alex was also extremely responsive with any inquiries we had and suggested some delicious places to eat nearby like Ladbroke Arms and Farm Girl. Definitely checkout the Portobello Market on Saturday! Again, definitely loved our stay and recommend staying here. If I had one watch-out it would be not enough mirror space haha. Thanks for everything Alex!

Alex was a great host. Communication was very easy. I did not get the chance to meet him but he made everything very easy for my stay. He also welcomed me with some chocolate. The location of the apartment is perfect. It is a quiet space but not at all far from the main attractions. Notting hill and portebello market were a great delight near the apartment. The tube is just a 2 min walk from the apartment and it gets you anywhere you want. Thank you alex for the stay. I highly recommend this place and i will definitely return to this apartment when i visit london again.

This was our first experience with Airbnb, and we could have not asked for it to be any better. The host (Alex) - from the moment of initial contact (prior to the booking) until the last minute: exceptional. Alex not only welcomed us in his place with the British chocolate and tea, he ‘checked in’ with us multiple times just to make sure we were enjoying London and our stay at the apartment. Very easy to communicate with, always quick to respond to emails, and always willing to offer suggestions if asked. The apartment - great, clean, and cozy, and has everything a traveler needs. As soon as we walked in, we saw great London, Britain and Notting Hills travel guides on the coffee table. Very useful if one does not have his own. Location could have not been any better either. Almost a neighbor to the Kensington Palace (great walking through the Kensington Palace Garden with all gorgeous mentions), it is also close to the underground station as well as many excellent eateries and grocery stores. Short underground travel to many of London's museums and attractions (huge time saver if anyone plans to see the most in the shortest time). Both, a bed and a couch, offered us a comfortable night sleep. The New Yorker magazine by the bed was a great night read. Some character art on the walls :-) We did not cook in the apartment, but if we were close, we tried to eat in the suggested by Alex places and none of them disappointed! The Farm Girl Café breakfast was a real hit! It was really a 5-star experience. Alex - thank you!
