Great for quiet Sporty Types, Foodies, Cozy Weekends, Great location to walk downtown or the beach or the bike path. Architecturally the house is presented with Custom finishes and Commissioned pieces by local Craftsman. The fusion of the Old Muskoka Style Cottage & Industrial metal details has earned the house the term "Industrial Cottage". Local Artwork is featured throughout the house. A special place, with great energy, cozy spots and common areas that are nice social spaces.
Parking: 2nd Floor Guests - 2 cars on the driveway, Basement Guests - 2+ cars on the Boulevard The house and gardens are beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy. the BBQ is at your disposal on the Back Deck with a Big Dining area. There is a lockable shed for bikes
Interaction with guests
I have myself and friends to help host and ensure you are settled in with a key, there is coffee and a large selection of tea provided. I am working on the gardens and working to ensure that with the extremely hot summer months, all things green remain green. :)
Other things to note
Our Street is quiet, my neighbours are my close friends and it is pretty laid-back as there is no through road, it dead ends on Coulee overlooking Lake Windmere. You can walk to the Beach and this is key as parking can be tricky, actually you can walk two blocks to main street as well. I have created a Guest binder with copies of some of the highlights for you to explore our great little Beach/Mountain town.
