This is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with living room and kitchen, located on the vibrant 9th Avenue. We would be renting the master bedroom. The apartment is in the centre of everything; close by are lots of great restaurants, bars, subway stops, shops, Times Square, Broadway theaters, Central Park, Hudson River Park, Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building and much more! It just cannot get more convenient.
The room has a double bed, a sofa and can sleep up to 3-4 people. It has 2 windows, AC, closet, coffee table and TV. There is a bathroom right next to the room with sink, toilet and a shower. The clean and quite apartment is located in Hell's Kitchen on the 2nd floor of a walk-up in one of the authentic New York style pre-war buildings. It is located right on 9th Ave with an amazing restaurant right downstairs and 24 hour Deli where they all know us; the true local experience! In New York it's all about location, location and location. The apartment is literally in the middle of Manhattan and within walking distance from many amazing places. And if you decide to explore parts that a bit farther away the subway is 2 blocks from us - the lines A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, R, Q, N, 7 and S will take you wherever you want.
Access to living room and kitchen.
Interaction with guests
It is up to you :)
Other things to note
If you are a bigger group and you would like to rent additional room that accommodates 2 people that is also possible. Just let me know and we can go from there.
I have 2 small dogs in the apartment. They are going to be in another part of the apartment so they won't bother you.
When you book please let me know in a message when you will be checking in. If I have guests the night before the check in would be at around 3pm otherwise I am flexible but I need to know so I can arrange. Check out is at noon. There is a possibility of leaving the luggage if needed and pick up later.
I am a mixologist, volleyball player and love traveling, cooking and exercising. New York has been my home for past 5 years and I know my round pretty well so I am happy to recommend a good restaurant, bar or rooftop.
