Had a great stay with At Nick's place. Close to downtown and in a great historic area. Nick met me at arrival and made sure I had everything I needed.

Nick was very friendly and accommodating and easy to contact with any questions or concerns. Very nice apartment and an easy uber ride away from many places in Boston.

The space itself was as pictured - a nice sectional couch and a large flat screen TV with cable. The bedroom was located in the basement which you accessed by going down a small spiral staircase in the living room. The water pressure in the bathroom wasn't great, making it difficult to shower. We only had to use it 1 of our 2 days so that wasn't a big deal. As far as location, it took us about 20 minutes to get anywhere downtown via an Uber ride ranging from $17-$25. If you're looking for a "home base" for your trip, I can definitely recommend this place as a good option. There weren't a lot of bars & restaurants in walking distance so plan to take an Uber or public transportation to access those. Overall, Nick was a great host, very friendly and extremely helpful. He was an excellent communicator making the check-in/out process easy. He provided us with clean towels, wifi access and a cozy space to use for the weekend. Plus the free street parking was a huge bonus!

Nick was a great host and man can he play the piano. Was an uber ride away from most things. Was clean. No a.c., but did have a fan, without that I would have been miserable. The stairs to the bedroom are a little scary, if you have bad knees you will not be going down them. All in all works just fine for a basecamp.

Our stay was awesome! This was out first air bnb experience and we loved it. The apartment was just as advertised. Street parking was so convenient and Nick checked in with us multiple times during our weekend stay and was so easy to reach. The place was very clean and comfy and an easy uber ride to downtown. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay a weekend in Boston!
