Situated on one of the most accessible seaside streets in Sliema, this property boasts sweepingly large rooms, traditional Maltese furniture, high ceilings, and a character that will charm you into planning a trip back before you even leave. A walk across the street gives you access to the beach, amongst many restaurants, picture spots and great shopping. The layout of the flat is designed for entertaining, always giving the guests more than enough space to sit back, relax, and enjoy Malta.
My place is very special to me. It is full of Maltese charm with all of the modern conveniences one would expect. When I moved to Malta, I decided to move into a home that made me feel calm, peaceful, comfortable, and most importantly, homey. My place is so relaxing, elegant, and enjoyable that when you walk through my doors it is an experience in its own.
Guests will have full access to the property provided all house rules are followed.
Interaction with guests
I will be sure to do my best to meet my guests in person during check in as well as check out. Unfortunately, that is not always possible due to travel constraints. I will be sure to be flexible to make your travels as seem less as possible.

Access: As a single flat in a building with other occupants, I like to ensure everyone has their own personal space and peace of mind. I kindly ask guests to enter from the main entrance facing The Strand, then going to floor 7, and entering flat 14 (on the left). I'll ensure your space is likewise respected in return.
Age: Due to previous problems there is a minimum age requirement of 21+. Guests under the age of 21 are still entirely welcome – they will just need to be accompanied by parents or guardians."
Amenities: The guests staying in my listing will enjoy a plethora of amenities. The guests’ sole responsibility is to treat and respect the unit as their own during their stay. Should you need anything not available during your stay, I will be available to answer any questions. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, blankets, etc. are available during your stay and it is expected that you leave behind what you don't use during your stay. Use of washing and drying machines - not permitted for stays of less than 1 week.
Behavior: If you’re coming to Malta to party you’ve picked a great city to do so. Unfortunately, just not at my place. Though I'm sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is by 10am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with me first so that I may check availability.
Cleanliness: Whilst there is a thorough professional clean between each guests' stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper. It helps the cleaners get through the cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you as well as future guests.
Cleanliness: To ensure we keep the apartment squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, there is a no shoes policy outside of the entrance area. Shoes can be left near the entrance.
Cooking: You are welcome to use the microwave, stove, oven, cookware, refrigerator, knives, glassware, and dishes for anything you've brought for yourself.
Damage: I understand that accidents happen. But I do ask that you please let me know when they do. Guests will be responsible for payment of damages.
Drugs: While staying at my place I have a strict no illegal drug use policy. Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate termination of the stay and necessary authorities may be contacted.
Eating Areas: If you intend to eat at home, please sit down in the kitchen, dining room, or on the front terrace instead of eating in the living room or bedrooms. Drinks can be had anywhere in the house.
Electricity: Lights / AC / Heating: To keep the costs down (and pass those savings on to my guests) I kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C units or heating when they are not in use or when you are leaving the house. The unit is designed with high ceilings and large windows to promote airflow.
Noise: To be considerate to other tenants in the building, I kindly ask to keep things on the quieter-side after 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends. If you want to listen to music, please consider the neighbors and choose a moderate volume (anything that cannot be heard from outside the front door), enjoy via headphones, or listen in your personal space. They'll make sure to reciprocate the favor. Failure to stop loud music before 9pm on weekdays, and 10pm on weekends will result in you being asked to leave the property without a refund.
Occupancy: We ask that you kindly respect the maximum occupancy requirement (Total No. of guests booked). We have this in place instead of an additional guest charge in an attempt to keep costs down for you.
Occupancy: We understand that for a whole variety of reasons, you may want extra guests. Guests can come and visit throughout the day, but must vacate the property before 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends. Guests must follow the house rules, the booked traveller will be held responsible for any and all guests. NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS. Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate termination of your stay.
Security: It is required that the condominium doors leading into the building and the front door to the apartment remain closed and locked at all times. To ensure full safety of our guest’s belongings and as a courtesy to other tenants in the building, I like to keep the common areas secure as a precautionary measure. Whilst being one of the safest areas of town, we want to ensure every guest stay remains problem free, and this is just one simple thing we’re able to do to ensure that.
Smoking: Being a family home, there is also a no smoking policy inside the apartment, or common areas (although you are welcome to smoke on the terrace).
