Located in the peaceful and serene setting known as Forest Lakes, Bluegrass Beachin' is a beach-goers delight. Not a single detail has been overlooked, and this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath jewel exudes a sense of homey warmth and style.
From the moment that you enter, you will be dazzled by the charming décor and open and airy feel of two separate seating areas and a gas fireplace. Across the room, and just as open, lies everyone's favorite gathering spot, the kitchen. Beautifully appointed, and equipped with every necessary, it's the perfect place to begin the day with a warm cup of coffee, and end the day with delectable repast. The rustic farm table has seating for 8, while the bar seats three.
The master suite has a king bed, and the bath offers a soaking tub and a large glass shower. Just off this bedroom is a private porch that provides a slight view of 30A . Rounding out the first floor is a large laundry room and powder bath.
Upstairs you'll find another seating area with a queen pull out sofa and a mounted flat panel television. Two bedrooms have private baths with separate vanity areas for dressing, and queen beds. Each of the bedrooms have flat panel televisions as well.
Forest Lakes is positioned just a few blocks from the Gulfview Heights beach access, which is open to the public and offers parking, restrooms and (seasonal) lifeguards. Enjoy the tranquility of the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or explore Blue Mountain, as well as other famous beach communities along 30A via the "Timpoochee Trail". This 19 mile paved bike path is your segue to all that makes this area special. Discover rare coastal dune lakes, unique eateries, eclectic shops, boutiques and galleries, or a treat yourself to a heapin' helping of homemade ice cream.

The space

Bluegrass Beachin' is the perfect place to stay in Santa Rosa Beach. This airy and open home sits in a forested and quiet neighborhood with walking trails, but is also less than 5 minutes from the beach and local restaurants. The master suite has a wonderful huge old-style bathtub, and the two upstairs beds each have their own baths and shared den for privacy. The open kitchen and living room make this a very social space for cooking, cocktails, or just relaxing with a movie. My favorite feature was the front porch swing/bed, which is prime for lounging in the evening. If you are looking for a gorgeously-decorated home with a relaxed vibe, this place is for you.
