INSIDE THE HOUSE
Welcome to Sublime. The main living room has a beautiful open concept has plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. Oversized sofas and comfortable chairs give the perfect backdrop for a family movie night or to watch the big game.
The chefs kitchen has a full suite of appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and glasses you need for big feasts. The dining area has seating for 6 at the table and an additional 4 at the breakfast bar. A office nook is available should the need arise while you're relaxing to check your laptop, or just want a private spot to read. A full size, front loading washer and dryer are available in the large laundry room to wash away the sea water and get ready for your next day!
The large first floor master suite sits to the rear of the main living area, far enough away to be private, but close enough for a midnight snack. The king size bed and ensuite is the perfect retreat after a day at the beach. The walk in glass shower and tub and beautiful granite countertops give a spa-like atmosphere to the large open bathroom and closet.
The 2nd Floor is gives way to another family area, ideal for the kids to enjoy while the adults are downstairs. The front bedroom is open and airy with (2) twin beds, a daybed with trundle – the ultimate girls sleepover room. Walk out onto the beautiful front porch and relax in the oversized outdoor bed overlooking the natural beauty of Watercolor. Off the family area is a bunk room, which shares the upstairs hall bathroom. The 2nd Floor master suite sits at the rear of the home to offer privacy and serenity. The suite offers a king size bed and walk-in closet provides plenty of storage for your bags. The en-suite bathroom indulges with walk in shower and stunning granite countertops.
At the rear of the home is an outdoor shower, for rinsing off after a day at the beach, as well as a gas grill for summer cookouts. Bikes & Electric Golf Carts are available to rent during your stay, arrangements can be made through Guest Services at Luxury Properties.
Enjoy one of the many porches for your morning coffee, or evening cocktail. You will find TV's in every bedroom and family room.

In addition, we also offer annual or bi-annual deep cleanings of your property.
