The space
Enjoy a weekend or extended vacation at KOBEY’S SKI LODGE & GOLF RETREAT. Our authentic 4500 square foot wood cabin tucked in the tall pines of the White Mountains close enough to everything, yet far enough away and definitely out of the rat race of the city life! The funnest cabin around with game room, pool table, theater, wifi, highdef flatscreen tv's in every room, premium cable, plus endless amenities! This one of a kind cabin comfortably sleeps up to 28 people in beds or 32 with the use of our super comfy sofas. It’s also perfect for a romantic vacation for a couple as our rate automatically reduces for smaller groups.
This cabin is settled within the tall pines across the street from the Pinetop Lakes golf course's 13th Fairway and includes every amenity you’ll ever need for the perfect vacation in the woods. Renting our cabin includes our shared pool, hot tub, gym, tennis, additional pool tables and bunch of other wonderful extras at the rec center located only a couple minute drive away. Just ask us for the rec center form, provide proof of rental agreement & pay their one time fee when you arrive at the rec center that covers your whole family for the week!
Upon arrival you will be greeted with our KOBEY'S SKI LODGE & GOLF RETREAT GIFT BASKET filled with some necessities to start your vacation off right, so don't worry if you do not have something for the kids or yourself to munch on when you arrive. After booking you will also receive our welcome letter in which all our vacation rentals are famous for. Our guests always say they took our advice as to where to find the closest and best grocery stores, restaurants, picnic, the cheapest & closest gas, pubs, liquor stores, the best pizza, and local hot spots. And of course where to golf, hike, tour, fish, canoe, horseback ride etc… And all of this is within minutes of the cabin! We have tried to think of everything we would want at our fingertips when we are on vacation. And if there is something you would like us to do to make your vacation extra special please let us know and we will do our best. Get ready for a fantastic vacation your family will never forget!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - Everyone can watch a movie in our Tree House Theater with its 65' High Def TV while sleeping 14 people all in one huge and ever so cozy room with our custom Triple Stair Step Theater Beds (sleeps 6), TWO Four Person Full Full Bunk Beds (Sleeps 8) and a beautiful 360 degree tree top view of the forest including a wonderful large covered deck. Every bedroom has a door to its covered deck with a view & high definition SMART TVs with premium cable. Other upstairs bedrooms consist of the Master with a King and a trundle (Sleeps 4), and our TWO large Tree Top bedrooms each with 2 queens per room (Sleeps 8). And on the main floor we have Mama & Papa's Bedroom with a Four Poster Queen Canopy bed and its own bathroom right next door (Sleeps 2), and ONE more downstairs bathroom and laundry room. We also have 2 Pak N Plays and 2 High Chairs for the little ones!
LARGE KITCHEN equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, custom cabinets and all the amenities to cook a gourmet meal and 2 large gas BBQ’s on the back deck to feed a small army and allows for guests to mingle and space to entertain on the outdoor decks where kids and pets can play within the fenced private yard.
What used to be the garage has been converted to our climate controlled Super Fun Family Game Room with pool table, sofas, TV, and other fun games. It also has secure high speed wireless internet. And don’t forget about the kitchen of all cabin kitchens! Every room has a high def tv or Smart TV with internet (Net Flix), DVD, Premium Cable, & Wireless internet.

#1 - The downstairs great room with a sea of comfy leather sofas, a 50' high def flat screen tv, Large Hitop Knotty Wood Tables, huge gas fireplace operated by remote.
#2 - Watch movies with 14 of your favorite people in our tree top theater and then all fall asleep right there in your own theater bed, and another gas fireplace operated by remote
#3 - THIRD, play pool & other fun family games or relax on even more super comfy sofas while watching the game on our 3rd large screen tv in our 500 square foot Super Fun Family Game Room.
#4 - Another great gathering area is of course The kitchen of All Cabin Style Kitchens as it is not your typical cabin kitchen with room for multiple cooks and is fully equipped with stainless appliances including a convection oven, granite counters, large farm sink all within a whimsical McKenzie Childs decor & everything you'll ever need for the perfect family meal including barstools for up to 13 hungry people to eat right at the kitchen island.
When renting this cabin you may use of the Pinetop Lakes Rec Center shared pool, hot tub, gym, tennis, additional pool tables and bunch of other wonderful extras the rec center has to offer. The rec center is located only a couple minute drive away. Prior to your arrival be sure to ask us to fill out the rec center form for you to provide to them. And then you pay their fee when you arrive at the rec center. If the use of the rec center is a must for your group be sure to find out their fee and find out if they are open during your stay!
Please note that we DO NOT have a minimum night requirement, but we do have a minimum rate requirement that depends on the total number of guests staying with us and not on the average number of people. The more guests you have the higher the rate will be. And when vacationing with more than 10 guests (11-32) we require a $1000 refundable deposit due after booking your vacation. And when traveling with your furry family member there are additional fees and possible additional refundable deposits as mentioned in Sections: Other Details To Note and Things to Know: Additional Rules section.
PET FEE: Airbnb charges a $100 Pet fee per house trained dog - Please note we have a ripped leather sofa that is not located in the great room and that is the only piece of furniture where we allow dogs to be on. When staying more than 4 nights there is an additional $25/night per dog added after booking. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH YOUR PET THERE IS A SEPARATE $325 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT THAT IS BILLED AFTER BOOKING. So please let us know if you are bringing your furry family member (dogs only). We do allow up to 5 house trained dogs. We need to know the breed, age and approximate weight of the dog.
