Other things to note
Going to and from the airport, we usually use transit, as it often faster than a taxi. There is a Canada Line station at the airport, and it will take about 30 minutes to get to Waterfront station (in downtown Vancouver), and then the Seabus will take 15 minutes to take you across the harbour to North Vancouver. Our home is a 7 minute walk from the North Vancouver Seabus terminal.
As of May 1, 2024 British Columbia has new restrictions on short-term-rental properties, our float home is exempt as it is our primary residence, and the marina is located on Squamish First Nation land. We pay the Squamish Nation a yearly licence fee for using our home as a short-term-rental when we are not occupying it ourselves.
Potential guests need to have prior positive reviews on Airbnb.

Lives in Vancouver, Canada
We are Sylvie and Don from Vancouver, we love traveling and when we are away we are pleased to share our float home with our guests so they too can experience how special it is to live on the water.
When we travel we like to stay in homes that are immaculately clean and uncluttered, luxurious and have something special about them. We have followed that philosophy with design and construction of our float home, there are many upgraded features in the home, and living on the water is truly a wonderful and special experience.
When we are not enjoying all that Vancouver has to offer, we are likely staying at our second home on Cayman Brac - https://www.airbnb.ca/rooms/29852315
