The space
This studio loft apartment with a queen size bed is great for couples and business travelers. Towels, bed linens, shampoo, soap and conditioner are provided for your convenience. The apartment features a well-appointed kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, full-size oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

Enjoy high speed internet and a 49” flat screen Roku TV.

This is a studio (one room) apartment with an open loft with a small double bed -for prearranged use only. The use of this loft bed is an extra $10 per stay. Please let me know if you are planning to use the loft bed.

This is an apartment building dedicated to AirBNB travelers and is located directly across the street from the free parking lot. You will share an exterior entrance with one other unit. Each has its own private interior entrance to the studio accessed by a keypad. You won't have to carry a key and can check in at any hour. The entire studio is exclusively yours.

Please be assured I am following the AirBNB enhanced cleaning protocol and the CDC issued cleaning guidelines. This includes increased disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces, ventilation, and time between guests. I have a small staff who have been trained and are committed to keeping you healthy and staying healthy themselves. It is my goal to provide a safe and enjoyable stay for every guest and a safe working environment. To this end, I will no longer be providing coffee, tea or creamer, as it would be difficult to disinfect. Please bring your own and take it with you when you leave.

The Arts District is the best place to stay in all of Portland! Walk anywhere on the peninsula or just step out your door and find yourself in the middle of the finest galleries, live music and dining Portland has to offer.
Just a few blocks from the waterfront, this section of Congress Street is lined with art galleries, antique shops, and artist studios as well as the Portland Museum of Art, the Institute of Contemporary Art at MECA, the Center for Cultural Exchange, the State Theater, the Portland Stage Company, the Center for Maine History and more.
Several smaller venues also offer live music in the Arts District. Portland has nearly 400 restaurants. A few worth trying right in the neighborhood include Emiltsa, 555, Nosh, Taco Escobarr, Sur Lie, David's, Empire, and Boda.
