By renting one of our beautifully furnished Paris apartments, you will live like a Parisian and feel part of an authentic French neighborhood. All our apartments have been completely renovated and elegantly furnished to bring you modern comfort and style.
The space
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a charming Parisian building with elevator (please note there are stairs to access it). The apartment has two bedrooms, both with queen beds that can be split as well as two bathrooms (one en suite) and two toilets. There is AC in the living room and fans in the bedrooms for the Summer. There is a spacious and bright living-room with a sofa and two armchairs and dining area with a table and chairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, iron and all utensils necessary for cooking and eating. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment.
The apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV with cable. You can make international calls on land lines and there is a high-speed Internet connection (WIFI).
Important Notice
The French government has announced they will be banning all AC systems that run on water by October 1st 2025 as it is obviously a huge waste of water and we all have to act on this environmental problem the best we can.
Therefore, as nearly all of our installations are concerned with this new law, We will be stopping the use of such units (to this day they were the only systems we are able to install in old Parisian buildings.) by it's legal date. In regards to our guests comfort we will provide portable mobile AC units, fans and air coolers depending on the configurations of the apartment.

There are no additional fees or taxes!
The price you pay for your rental apartment includes:
- Unlimited high-speed internet and Wi-Fi if you wish to bring your own laptop
- Nespresso coffee machine, Bose Bluetooth speaker, toiletries
- French wine, bottled water, and treats upon arrival
- Phone, with unlimited calls to French cell phones and international landlines
- Cable TV (including CNN and BBC World), an interface to log into your personal Netflix account
- Heating, electricity, high-quality sheets, towels and bathrobes, liquid soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry detergent, and more
- Fully equipped kitchens and high-end appliances
EXTRA SERVICES
• Groceries delivered on arrival: on demand (50-100 Euros extra charge in cash at the apartment)
• Package delivered during your stay : on demand (20-50 Euros extra charge in cash at the apartment)
• Transfer: on demand
• Cleaning during your stay : on demand
• Baybysitting: 13 Euros per hour before 7pm, 15 Euros per hour after 7pm + 20 Euros for the taxi + a meal

- ARRIVALS WITH FLIGHT LANDING AFTER 5.30pm: 50 EUROS EXTRA CHARGE IN CASH AT THE APARTMENT
- ARRIVALS WITH FLIGHT LANDING BEFORE 7.30AM (when possible): 50 EUROS EXTRA CHARGE IN CASH AT THE APARTMENT
- LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS (4 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE): 50 EUROS EXTRA CHARGE IN CASH AT THE APARTMENT

IF WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR PRECISE ARRIVAL INFORMATION (TIME OF ARRIVAL OR FLIGHT/TRAIN NUMBER) AT LEAST 4 DAYS BEFORE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GUARANTEE TO BE THERE TO OPEN THE DOOR AT THE TIME OF YOUR CONVENIENCE.
