Quatre Chemins is a rural smallholding in the Lot et Garonne, with an enviable location overlooking the Lac de Graoussettes. Situated in undulating countryside amid fields of sunflowers, maize and plum orchards, the recently renovated 3 bedroom farmhouse sits in the middle of 3.5ha with its own private pool. The newly converted, detached gite has its own entrance off the courtyard.
Quatre Chemins offers complete privacy and tranquillity; this property is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday or as a base to explore the local market towns and medieval villages. QC is well situated for visiting the many interesting and pretty towns and villages in the area. Just 10 minutes away you will find the village of Lauzun, home to an imposing chateau and offering a full complement of facilities including a supermarket, post office, bank, bar tabac, boulangerie, butcher, tennis courts, pharmacy and restaurant.
Other things to note
Well behaved pets are welcome upon request as Quatre Chemins is ideal for them too! However, they are not allowed on any furniture or in the pool! Please note that this is a smallholding, so pets must be cat/dog/chicken friendly as these do roam around the property. The sheep and pigs are fenced in!
A cot and high chair are available for babies/small children.
In common with most rural French properties, we are not on mains drainage. Only toilet paper can go down the toilets – no bleach/nappies/wipes etc. No glassware is allowed around the pool area, but a comprehensive selection of unbreakable glasses are provided.
Pool - May to October
