This Room has a Shared Bathroom with one other room that may or may not have a guest during your visit. A short stroll to the City’s Center and Highlights such as Museums, Restaurants, Cafes, Theaters and the Historical District. We look forward to your visit.

Wonderful 1860 Historic townhouse with great architectural features that is restored and in the Bella Vista Neighborhood which is the most convenient area of center city. Voted Best place to live in Philadelphia time and time again by many Philadelphia publications. Oldest Italian Restaurants in US along with many other types and the best shopping.

We have about 10 rooms in a antique remodeled early 20th century Philadelphia row home, in the celebrated Bella Vista neighborhood; known for its incredible cuisine and family charm, and the oldest open air market int he country, The Italian Market on 9th st. We mastered contact-less entry years ago, and each of our room comes with its own private keypad code which we provide for you the day before check in, and change constantly. Every one of our rooms has a unique personality, and we always have staff close by to assist with any questions or concerns.
