The apartment is decorated in a modern and design way with a very pleasant living room with 2 windows with a view to the old city and Tagus River, 2 bedrooms, one of themwith a great view to the old city and Tagus River, a kitchen and a bathroom. You'll experience the real local way of portuguese living. You have groceries and cafés and restaurants all around.
The tram 18 and 12 is at 50 meters. The apartment is so well located that you actually can walk all over Lisbon.
Staying in São Vicente de Fora these rustic “Escadinhas de São Tomé” are right in the centre in the medieval town of Lisbon . The stairs begin at Rua do Salvador , and end just after the Rua de São Tomé. Nearby you can visit the magnificent Church of the Divine Child , or delight in the breathtaking view of the Viewpoints Portas do Sol , or Santa Luzia . Or enjoy and take a leap to the Castelo de São Jorge , right next door.
From the apartment you may enjoy the Tagus estuary, south bank and Lisboa old Alfama district .
20 meter from the partment are the Viewpoints of Sta. Luzia and Portas do Sol.
MIRADOURO STA. LUZIA
On the hillside facing the Tagus Castle, is located the viewpoint of Santa Luzia rightly considered one of the best windows on the river. This small garden space and decorated with two panels depicting the conquest of Lisbon tiles, enables a picturesque backdrop of St. Vincent and Alfama down the Tagus. Stands in the box , the brightness of the dome of the Church of Sta.Engrácia ( National Pantheon ) and the facade of the church of San Miguel.

MIRADOURO DAS PORTAS DO SOL
Standing over Medieval Lisbon
Just a few steps away from Miradouro de Santa Luzia, a balcony opens onto the river offering truly spectacular views over Alfama.
Faced by soft-toned buildings and the Decorative Arts Museum, this is a popular stop for photographers, with its stunning view from São Vicente de Fora Church to the river.
There is also a statue of St. Vincent (the city's patron saint) holding a boat with two ravens, the symbols of Lisbon.
Enjoy an amazing panoramic shot of this area here. This is one of Lisbon's most romantic corners. It's a terrace next to a white church offering views over the rooftops of Alfama and the river, and with places to sit under grapevines. On one of the church's walls is a tile panel showing St. George's Castle being taken over from the Moors in 1147, and another of Comercio Square before it was destroyed in the 1755 earthquake. Other tiles depicting geometric shapes cover the walls of the terrace, although time and looting have sadly destroyed many of them.
This is considered one of the best spots to enjoy the river Tagus. It covers up Alfama, the dome of the Church of Santa Engracia Church and St. Stephen. Noteworthy were the two panels of tiles that adorn the south wall of this site.
You are at easy walk to Baixa/Chiado, Bairro Alto, actually to every Lisbon neighborhoods.

From the airport guest can take the Metro in Lisbon airport and stop at Martim Moniz station ou Baixa/Chiado Metro station and thenn take the tram 28 ou 12 and then stop at "Largo Portas do Sol" tram stop and then just walk 50 meters to reach the apartment
