I booked this apartment and when i arrived at the place the number he gave me was wrong! Nobody was there, he didn’t answer and i had to look for a hostel, my first time in berlin and i was in the street with freezing cold with no where to go! Really sad experience

I was not in Germany, still, I had let the keys with a neighbor.
But I did a terrible mistake, I did not let to Eze the neighbors Phone. I let my neighbor and Eze waiting for each other because I was 100% sure that the number of the neighbor's house was eg. 21st and not 20th, it was only on the next door on left. And unfortunately, at that same moment, he had arrived I was swimming and I hadn't my phone near me.
I felt so bad during my all holidays for that terrible mistake and all the trouble that Eze come to face too. Two 2 hours after made him an offer to give all the money back inclusive the Airbnb commission (that I did) and plus my apartment for free. He had not trusted me (that I totally understand and respect) and for that reason, he didn't want to go to my flat again.
I'm very sorry again and like I told him I would never do such a thing for fun... I lost the guest, the money and won a bad review and worst of all I had ruin Eze's vacation.

Lovely apartment for a group of people. The building is new, the aprtment is warm and well equiped. The street is quiet and safe. The host is really friendly and welcoming.
