I've lived in Brighton my entire life so i have a reasonable amount of knowledge that might be of help to guests.
We have a 11year old son a 4year old and a lively old but affectionate dog.
We have this spare room so we thought it would be a waste not to rent this out.
Bedroom, ziplock, Wifi, Storage and basic amenities.
We aim to make our guest feel at home, but also allow them space too.

This is a new room added to our previous listing updated in March 2024
This room has a lovely ensuite, great views, large double bedroom.
dedicated work space.
we have Ziplock beds so this can be made in to a si Glen or a double to accommodate all guests
Guest access
We will provide a spare key or there is a key safe, depending on when you arrive.
During your stay
We're more than welcome to offer any advice or information you may need to access and enjoy Brighton to its full, but we are also aware you may want space and we leave the guests to themselves

Our dog is a barker but a friendly dog.
Please don't book if you dont like dogs, he's old and likes people but he's aware if you don't like him :-)

We live in a nice area, near a row of shops, bus stop, train line, coach depo and walking distant to a few parks and nature walks.
It's a beautiful area not so hectic, so if you're looking for a quieter area to relax after being in the mixer that Brighton offers, this is the area for you.
