Great location

Beautifully Converted cosy barn on two floors, sunny and bright, totally independent and self catering. Very private, with own parking area and south facing terrace overlooking the Malvern Hills with barbecue. The Annexe is situated in the middle of a working family farm, however, no cows or sheep, only horses and our hens. A beautiful small lake is nearby populated by ducks, swans and guineafowl. There are plenty of benches etc for sundowners while you watch the wildlife.

The space
Sittingroom/kitchen/dining area downstairs, with separate wc, and lovely south facing terrace with beautiful views of the garden and the Malvern Hills, with a table and chairs for sundowners or breakfast, and a BBQ for sunny evenings (BYO fuel) . Fully kitted out for self catering. . Upstairs double bedroom and TV, with en suite shower room, and single/twin room (and cot if needed by request), and separate bathroom.
A barbecue is available on the Patio for you to use (bring your own charcoal)

THERE IS A THIRD BEDROOM is not normally part of the space, but is available for an extra £35 per person, if there is a fifth person, or if four guests are single people. Otherwise it is part of our house, and remains locked.
Should you be bringing young children, there is a cot available, with sheets pillow and Duvet. Also bath mat and toys, stair gate, high chair, child loo seat, toys and plastic plates etc. A charge is made of £10 per night. Payable in cash please.

Guest access
The space is yours, its totally independent, and miles of private farmland and woods to roam in. There is a beautiful little lake, with a rowing boat, and benches under the cherry tree for sundowners.

Other things to note
VERY IMPORTANTLY, true to BNB, we provide breakfast: our own hens eggs for you to cook as you wish, home made bread and croissants, local jams and compotes, milk and butter etc etc.

There is a flight of stairs to the bedroom floor.

A nominal fee of £5 per dog per night will charged when you bring dogs, to offset the extra time to remove doggie hairs from carpets etc! This is paid directly to the host.

A fee of £20 per night will be charged for the use of a large travel cot and sheet and pillow, high chair, bathmat, stair gate, and a few toys etc.. Payable on the day of arrival.

The Farm house and buildings are about a mile from the nearest road, so we are fairly remote, hence peace and tranquility, and beautiful views.. Yet we are only ten minutes north of worcester, with the beautiful Cathedral, Cricket ground and racecourse. And of course the Worcester porcelain Museum and Commandery. There are lots of very good pubs and eateries nearby, and an excellent Thai restaurant and takeaway in the village.
