Good benefit for your money. Nice mansard to relax and enjoy the view. Might not be very good for raining season, because of some smell coming from the drains. Wifi is great. Andrea was always very nice and helpfull.

I had a very nice stay at Andrea's place. He was very helpful and gave me directions that made it easy to find the place. The location is close to transit and easy to walk to attractions.

Andrea was out of town when I arrived, and his wife let me in. She was very sweet! The apartment was awesome! The green futon pictured has been replaced with a bed, so I slept pretty well (should update the pictures to reflect the change though). Loved the view outside on the roof each night! The place is up a decent hill though, so was a little bit of a climb each time I returned back. I'd def stay here again though!

We were lucky to spend our week in Rome with perfect weather (22-30 C). It was perfect to have the terass to eat breakfast on. We did not see any other people at the terrass for the hole week. 180 degree view over Rome nearly made us not want to leave the terass :) Our host Andrea gave us tips about restaurants, or whatever we wanted to know about. We are very satisfied with our seven nights in the room. We were a little worried about that the only available bed was a small bed sofa, but Andrea arranged a double bed that was big enough! There was a AC available but we slept with open window to get fresh air at night. We had to leave Rome early in the morning, 04:00, and Andrea helped us to book a taxi that came in perfect time, 03:59, and it was no trouble with the cost. Only 10-15 minutes walk to the tram, and then about 10 minutes to Trasteveres restaurants etc. About 25 Euro gives you a seven day card for bus, tram, underground, and train to the beach. We would defenately book this room again.

Perfect little top floor studio apartment for a long weekend. Access to the apartment roof makes the space totally liveable. Air conditioning, small kitchen unit and desk space. Clean and with all you need. Andrea and his family were extremely helpful: good communications, easy key pick up even late at night, left us a small something to eat on arrival, soaps and towels etc. Helped us with taxis and restaurant recommendations. Really accommodating. Ideal location 10 minutes walk to Trastevere station for direct train to Airport, 10 mins walk to Trastevere centre for night life, 15 mins tram across the Tiber to the centre of town. would absolutely go again.

Our stay at Andrea's mansard was great! We had everything we needed in the compact apartment and the roof terrace was wonderful- perfect for drinks in the evening! Had coffee at the little coffee bar down the road every morning and a 5/10 min walk from the tram. We recommend!

Andrea was really flexible with our check-in time (we arrived after 1am) and proved to be a reliable and helpful host. The studio is very well located as one may easily walk to the Trastevere region and explore the city on foot. It has a small kitchen corner completely suitable for preparing a light dinner or salad, which then can then be consumed on the amazing roof terrace. The bed was a little bit narrow for two people in my opinion, but was okay for a short stay if the guests are not of a big frame. The studio is good value for money and therefore I can recommend it.
