160 m2 apartment (including the garden), fully renovated in May 2022, placed in a residential neighborhood near the river Tagus and the city center. Parking is free!
Just 10 minutes walking from the historic district of Graça, its tram E28, and the most spectacular viewpoints of Lisbon (Monte and Graça). 20 minutes walking to the city center and the renowned neighborhood of Alfama and 30 minutes to Bairro Alto.

Just next to the historic city but in a quieter area.
The apartment is located at the confluence of the neighborhoods of Graça and Santa Engrácia and Castelo, well-known for their historical attractions (Water Museum, National Pantheon, S. Jorge Castle, Graça Church), landscaped attractions (viewpoints), and cultural events (Ladra's fair).
Despite this, parking is free and the street has little movement.
