Rebecca's place is perfect! She is a great host and her studio is adorable. If you want to escape the craziness of Floridas big cities this is the place. Highly recommend :)

This unit was the perfect base for our Everglades adventures. It was so nice to have our own little kitchen, as things close early in Everglades City!

The location was great within walking distance of the main area came with a kitchen and Rebecca left a list of restaurants and activities. We were there three nights and never saw Rebecca. She gave us our privacy. Those were the positives. The kitchen was next to useless as there was nothing in the fridge to make breakfast with and the local "supermarket" is a convenience store no fruit vegetables meat yogurt milk. If we had known we would have picked up supplies on the way. The bed was uncomfortable, the bedding was old and in need of replacing, and the place had a cluttered appearance about it. We could hear the people upstairs speaking using the bathroom and moving about. There is no soundproofing. The refrigerator was at the foot of the bed noisy and we eventually unplugged it. The bathroom was cluttered and unkept and a level of hygiene appeared lacking. We were however provided with enough towels for our needs. Overall we felt we had been dropped into someone's living space. While we were there our phone sounded an alarm at 5:20 in the morning alerting us to a tornado warning. We turned on the TV and internet neither were functioning and couldn't pick up any local radio. Although tornados are rare in South Florida travellers/guests need to be informed of protocol in emergencies such as what to do where to go. We contacted our host but did not hear back for over an hour.

The apartement from Rebecca is really great and amazing; it includes everything what you need (kitchen, etc.)! Rebecca is a great host: uncomplicated, she sent us a lot of pre-information and updates in terms of our stay after hurrican Irma. We enjoyed our stay!
