Chris's cozy and clean apartment was a great place to spend my weekend in NYC. He's a great host and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. If you need any good tips about the neighborhood, he's a native New Yorker and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. …

The location is convenient and easy to find. You can reach most of the travel spots within 30 mins, by subway or on foot. You have to share the public room and bathroom with host's roommate but it's ok for the short-term traveler.

Stayed at Chris’s place for Thanksgiving night and he had great communication with us about obtaining the key (because we were not able to meet) and about restaurants near his place. Just a simple room and shared bathroom, but the location is great, just blocks away from the Met!

Response from Christopher:
Hello Cecilia, Per the description, as I am offering a private room and not a private apartment, there is limited access to the kitchen and common area. I do share the apartment with another roommate, thus it is important to also be respectful of his space. I'm always happy to clarify any questions potential travelers may have about the room.
