This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
This modern funky family house is everything your family will need for a Sunshine Coast Holiday with ample space for family and friends.

The space
After a day at the beach or exploring one of the many beautiful attractions the area has to offer, kick off your shoes in the lush tropical surroundings and enjoy a cocktail, or lounge about in the large undercover alfresco area while the kids play in the fully fenced yard, or swim in the pool!

Nestled away in the well-established part of the Suburb on a quiet family friendly street, this home is very central to all your Sunshine Coast needs including a short drive to Peregian Beach and Coolum Beach where you’ll love the boutique shops, cafés and the many restaurants the villages have to offer. The famous Noosa Beach and National park are just 20 minutes down the road. A fantastic cafe is only a 3 minute walk away

The free flowing open design, natural light and breeze, allows you to effortlessly enjoy the indoor outdoor lifestyle, or soak up the Sunshine coast weather all year round. Plenty of indoor plants throughout creates a calming tropical vibe that will add to the holiday feeling of not wanting to leave.

Kitchen - The open modern kitchen with island bench and stools is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. The amenities include microwave, dishwasher, double door fridge freezer, gas cook top and oven, and sandwich press. The pantry will be stocked with all of the basics like oils, herbs, S+P, flour etcfor your stay.

Alfresco entertaining - The kitchen and dining areas open out with large sliding glass doors to the undercover entertaining alfresco area creating a perfect indoor outdoor flow. The outdoor dining table has you covered for all your outdoor dining needs, with a 7 seat outdoor chair setting to relax in and a comfy hanging egg chair. There is a gas BBQ and smart TV, all looking out onto the swimming pool and tropical yard.

Living Room - With beautifully handpicked décor, the living area stretches on from the kitchen with a 5 seater couch, and 2 comfy rocking chairs.

Media Room - The media room at the front of the house has a 3 seater recliner couch. The Sonos surround sound and the 65 inch Sony fully smart TV provides the perfect movie experience so get the popcorn ready!

Laundry - Fully equipped laundry with a washer/dryer, large basin, ironing board and iron, and laundry liquids provided. There is a clothes line down the side of the house.

Bedrooms -There are 3 bedrooms.
The main suite has a Queen bed with an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 houses a double bed with a mattress underneath if needed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have built in wardrobes. All bedrooms have fans. Between bedroom 2 and 3 is the main bathroom which has a shower, bath, and a separate toilet.

A Few other points:
- There is zoned ducted air conditioning throughout. The control panel allows you to have the air conditioning on in different rooms, at different temperatures if desired.
- Unlimited Wifi, Netflix and Stan for your enjoyment
- Sonos speakers throughout
- Access to the games cupboard with plenty of puzzles and board games for the whole family
- Table Tennis table with nets, balls and bats
- Access to the garage which gives you internal access to the house
- Coles, pharmacy, butcher, bakery and takeaway restaurants 5 minutes drive away
- Noosa civic is a 12 minute drive away with a number of shopping options
- The Newly refurbed Sunshine Coast plaza Maroochydore is 20-25 minutes drive and has all the major shopping retailers including cinemas and a timezone
- Maroochydore Airport (Sunshine Coast airport) is a 15 minute drive
- We have compiled a manual for you to refer to, and have a booklet with brochures of local attractions to enjoy.
