My house is located on the shoreline of Lac-à-la Tortue in an enchanting setting . 20 min from the national park. 10 minutes from the city . I offer an apartment on the ground floor with full amenities . You have access to the small cottage on the lakefront , outdoor BBQ, nautical boats (kayaking and pedal boat ) . Large parking. In winter the small chalet is perfect for making a fireplace for an experience . Snowshoeing on the lake . Skating trail less than 1 km away .

kitchen with all dishes included , stove ,microwave ,coffee maker (filter and free coffee) ,toaster . Bedding is provided in bedrooms . The bathroom with bath and shower and sink . Towel and toilet paper provided .

You have access to the entire apartment on the ground floor ,the three bedrooms ,living room ,kitchen and bathroom . The apartment and access is private . I live upstairs .

Other things to note
The apartment went under renovation in January 2018 . Painting ,flooring , wardrobe and kitchen sink modification. New furniture layout. The bathroom was renovated in March 2019 (paint , floating floor) .
