Great place for a short stay, and we appreciated the layout. Clean and has everything you need. Hosts are friendly and reliable. We would love to stay there again.

This place is sick. Love the community feel of the big open rooms. Great location if you're dancing down the street at Resident. Arts district is where its at and this spot is ideal.

Good location overall. It's in the art district with plenty of things to do nearby. Unfortunately a few things went wrong with my visit that made it an unpleasant stay overall. Ryan was unresponsive to my calls, emails and text messages the day of my arrival so I ended up having to get customer service involved. When we finally met, he was apologetic and nice. The bathroom was not cleaned or checked before my arrival so I was greeted by an I flushed toilet when I arrived, which was incredibly disgusting. There was also hair in the bathroom sink. In the bedroom that I was staying in had a can of Raid spray in the corner of the room. I didn't see any bugs during my visit but I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in a room with a can of roach spray in it "just in case". It didn't help that the temperature reached 104 degrees and there was no air conditioning in the entire loft. Couldn't wait to leave and don't plan on returning.

Stayed here for the weekend while taking care of both business and visiting tourist attractions on the side. This location couldn’t have been any better. This area touches, little Tokyo, Korea town and down town Los Angeles. Super convenient to get to everywhere. The location is very artsy and refreshing, it resembles the area of Wynwood (an Art Deco area in Miami) in Los Angeles. In the mornings we would walk over to the cute cafe down the street to grab a quick breakfast. WiFi is available to connect. Very organized and contemporary stay. Would definitely stay again if I ever get the chance. Thank you Ryan and Jazmine for everything!

I am a photographer and entrepreneur. I travel a lot so love giving back hospitality karma and am happy to recommend nearby gems to eat or drink or be a tourist, or just leave you be. Privacy is kind of awesome.
