You’ll love this two‑bedroom, two‑bathroom beachfront villa — a bright, comfortable space designed for easy Caribbean living. The home faces east for perfect sunrises, is fully fenced for privacy, and sits back from the road so everything feels peaceful the moment you arrive.

The space
A sweeping staircase leads to the main living area, where the open‑plan lounge, dining room, and kitchen create a spacious, welcoming place to relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, plenty of cookware, and a large island. Artwork from local and international artists adds warmth throughout, and three smart TVs make downtime simple. If you enjoy cooking outdoors, the balcony has a gas grill ready for your perfect Caribbean dinner.

Both bedrooms open directly to veranda leading to the pool and beach — a rare feature that makes mornings feel special. The master has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and dressing area, while the second bedroom has two queen beds. A second bathroom, plus a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, makes longer stays comfortable and convenient.

Outside, the private pool and deck sit just off the house. On the beach, you’ll find a palapa with hammocks, your own little beach bar, and a double‑seater kayak waiting for you to explore the coastline.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire upper level of the villa, including the beachfront living areas, private pool, deck, palapa, beach bar, and all outdoor spaces. The home is fully fenced for added privacy, and everything you see in the listing is exclusively for guest use.
There is a small downstairs apartment that is not rented and is used only for owner storage. It remains closed during your stay. Upstairs, there is also one locked owner’s closet. Aside from these two spaces, the entire villa and property are yours to enjoy.

Other things to note
Marly’s Place is set up for easy, carefree beach days. You’ll have a private pool, hammocks under the palapa, a small beach bar, and a double‑seater kayak ready whenever you want to get out on the water. The property is fully fenced, giving you a calm, comfortable space to unwind.
The neighborhood is walkable with restaurants, cafés, and the local grocery store just a short stroll away. Three bikes are available if you’d like to explore the area at a relaxed pace.

I am marine biologist and love nature. Originally from Austria we traveled a lot and lived in different countries but somehow Belize doesn't let us go :-) We, my wife Simone and I, live in Maya Beach. For years we have now been working as property managers for several properties in the area. We love diving, dining out and a cold beer on our dock overlooking the beautiful canal just steps away from the Placencia lagoon. We are very much looking forward to hosting you in the small country of Belize.
