We didn't want to give this guest a bad review because we are nice people but it seems you have outright told a few little porkies, so I must respond
1) Esther you arrived with 2 last minute extra guests and argued about the price which was very fair and cheap ($25 each per night). The extra 2 last minute guest were so lovely and we would be happy to have them stay again. They even left us a gift to say thank you :)
2)This is an ex shipping container transformed into a lovely self contained unit. Some of the best houses are made out of them. It's a great way to recycle and turn it into something beautiful.
3)You mentioned serious privacy problems. The self-contained unit is an open plan but the main bedroom is still a separate space from the living room, kitchen and other two beds, so there’s plenty of privacy. It was your choice to bring people that you obviously were not comfortable sharing accommodation with.
4)How can there be no walls? I find this absurd that you have even said this, I guess it must have been cold without walls, hence the bugs coming in?
5)Esther You mentioned (It could be very hot in summer with no insect screens?) That is why we have an Air-con and heat pump in this self-contained unit. That you could have used but maybe you wanted to save power?
6)You mentioned that there is a 2-3cm gap in the bathroom door? Did you go around and measure everything? It]s 2 millimeters.
7)When you told us you were not happy because “there were no doors and that wasn’t in the description on AirBnb”, we did everything we could to make you happy: We had offered to find you accommodation elsewhere and even offered to help carry your luggage out, but you declined and said you where happy to stay all 3 nights. So it couldn't have been that bad after all.
Beside this ‘lovely’ public review you also dared to mention:
-That the towels and linens were not clean? Are you for real? I can assure you that all our linen and towels are extremely clean and you are the only one to ever say that. Absolutely ridiculous.
-That you had no phone coverage? Coverage in country areas is limited, particularly if you are not with Telstra. Please take your concerns up with Telstra.
-That the town has no signage? The Town does have signage, maybe you missed it?
-That the address is hard to find? The GPS pin points our exact location
I think you want champagne on a beer budget...
