I am a little confused by your review since you sent us feedback on a message through AirBnB after your stay which I have attached here;
Thanks for the lovely stay, the place was incredible. The bedrooms and bathroom were amazing. My family spent a lot of time making meals and eatting together in the basements and a lot of time laughing and playing games in the living room.
I’m am so sorry we didn’t get a chance to meet.
I came down with an illness and left really early on Monday morning. I hope the place was left in good condition, unfortunately all the local dumps were closed on the bank holiday so we couldn’t remove all our rubbish.

Regarding stairs, you were informed that while there were bedrooms on the ground floor (which you had said was necessary for you Grandma and not your Auntie), and we told you that the closest toilet was on the 1st floor or the lower ground floor so she would need to be able to go up or down stairs to these.

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, but the nearest toilets are on the lower ground and 1st floor as is the nearest shower room.
The additional charges were there for the additional guests which AirBnB said was clear when you booked the property.
I am surprised that you have contacted us through AirBnB with these responses saying that it was your fault that you misunderstood the charges and description but then have written a very scathing review despite telling us that you had a fantastic time.
The steps to the front door (2 steps) are clear on the photos and we do not market the house as having disabled access as no Georgian properties can be adapted for this purpose.
If there is anything else that you would like to tell us about then please do so but I'm afraid we are left very confused and disappointed by your messages and this is not what we would have hoped to be the outcome of what was reported to be a lovely and successful stay as we work very hard to make sure every group is incredibly well catered for.
