Thorold's Treasure is a home, which stood during the Siege of Ladysmith. It dates back to its origin of 1896, thus we celebrated it's standing of 120 years in 2016. The solid sandstone and granite structure is in keeping with other historic landmarks of the area. It is central to the town and has a large garden with an abundance of indigenous plants and birdlife. Furnishings have been kept in the style of the house and secure parking is on the property.
