Calumet is remarkable place and Susan's historic home added to our experience. We walked to the National Historic Park -- it took about 20 minutes -- and the sites along the way were very interesting. The home was very comfortable for our party of five adults and three kids. W…

The house was wonderful, and so spacious! We were very comfortable and the kids had a blast exploring the interesting layout of the house with all it's rooms. We'll definitely be back to stay again on our next trip to see family in Calumet. Thanks for having us Susan!

Response from Susan:
Thank you for letting me know about the things that need to be fixed. I just contacted Airbnb why the address did not show up with your welcome email. I’ve never had that one before. Sorry, that the weeds were not taken care of apparently my yard person failed to take care of that, I apologize. Also, my cleaning lady is there now and the lights work, what lights are talking about, there’s a pull string one. Sorry about the inconvenience again we get the repairs done. Thanks, Susan

We brought a group of students up for a cross country camp at MTU. The space was perfect for us.

100+ years on this Home is definitely important to remember. It was very spacious with a nice sun porch. Good location in proximity to town. Kids thought it was haunted...we cannot prove that.

Susan was great and the place was exactly what we needed for the weekend. We had 14 adult men for the weekend and it was a fun experience. We will definitely book again for our next trip.
