Newly renovated Lake Tahoe townhouse is an oasis in great location!
It is a smoke free, pet free home. It is a 10 minute walk to Hyatt Regency. Within a 10 minute walk you can enjoy dining. A short drive (7 minutes) to San Harbor and minutes away from Diamond Peak Ski Resort!

The space
This 2 story home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and sleeps 4 adults comfortably. The bathrooms feature walk in showers. The contemporary kitchen and family room includes a large waterfall peninsula and a cozy electric fireplace. There is an outdoor BBQ on the upstairs balcony. There are 2 TVs. Upstairs TV has Spectrum cable as well as Hulu, Netflix etc. There is an electric fire place you are welcome to use. To turn on simply push the on button on the right leg of the unit. No real fires are allowed in fireplace please!!!

Only guests that we have discussed in condo. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy. No parties or events!!!

If there is evidence of a pet in our home a $250 fee will be charged for extra cleaning services! Unfortunately we are unable to host service animals of any kind. We have SEVERE allergies to pet hair/dander and because we use our air bnb very frequently we aren’t able to have any animals inside our condo.

Please keep in mind if you are staying with children that there are two stair cases. The spiral stair case to the loft is steep and is not suitable for babies/toddlers.

Please note: we do not have guest passes for local private beach access. Since covid entry is limited to properly owners. Tahoe is located in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. We do experience storms typical to this type of geography. We do not offer cancellations with refunds due to inclement weather conditions.

All parts of the house are available to guests aside from the loft that is not accessible due to our county permit.
PLEASE NOTE: There is an extra charge per guest beyond 1 guest.
