Laundry($1/load) is accessible in the building, and free secured parking is included. Stay entertained with Wifi, cable/Netflix, DVD/PS3 on a 55" flat screen TV. Steps away from grocery/liquor/drug stores, restaurants, coffee shops, gas & transit. Kits Beach & Granville Island a 10 min walk away & downtown a 5 min drive.

The space
Located in the heart of Kitsilano. Super close to everything you possibly need within walking distance. Steps away from the new 16 km Arbutus Greenway. Trendy 4th Avenue is a few min. walk away as well, and is jam packed with coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, retail clothing/sports shops, and gift shops.

Outdoor adventurists, you'll be very close to all of Vancouver's local mountains, and fairly close to North America's consistently rated #1 resort!

Driving time:

Cypress Mountain - 45 min.

Grouse Mountain - 30 min.

Mount Seymour - 1 hr.

#1 Rated Whistler/Blackcomb - 1.5 hrs.

Also, you'll be a mere 5 minute walk to all the cool ski & snowboarding shops 4th Ave. has to offer.
