Treat yourself to a one of a kind custom built waterfront property with a modern-rustic design and soaring 20 foot floor to ceiling windows maximizing views of West Lake. Custom glass wall sauna, huge shower, custom timbers, and natural stone and rustic wood accents throughout. Private timber framed stairway leads to the waterfront. Sunny South-Western exposure. New to the cabin is a King sized bed and paddle boards!

The space
MAIN FLOOR:
The entire main level has heated natural stone tile floors to keep your feet warm and cozy. Full sized kitchen with wooden countertops, under cabinet lighting, and drawer lighting. Table seating for four. Kitchenware is included, and olive oil, balsamic vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar and cream are also provided. Main living room area has a comfy pull out couch and second chair. Three piece bathroom with walk in curb-less shower, and a glass walled 6’ x 6’ sauna with a view of the lake.

THE LOFT:
Open to below, with a king sized bed, one large closet, a two piece bathroom with sink and toilet, and laundry pair. The loft is not a private bedroom and is completely open to the rest of the house and offers incredible views of the lake from the second floor. Enjoy a relaxing night watching the moonlight reflect off the water.

EXTERIOR:
Rustic wooden staircase leads down to the lake with a dock at the bottom perfect for lounging. The property has 200ft of private waterfront. Campfire pit located on the main lawn, and firewood is provided- please be respectful of fire bans! BBQ and propane also provided.

DISCONNECT:
Take some time to disconnect :) There is no cell phone service, or TV. We provide WIFI, with speeds between 20-100 mbps. There is a land line available for local calls.

KAYAKS and DOCK:
During the spring through fall there are two adult kayaks (up to 300lbs), two child kayaks (up to 100lbs), and two 11 foot paddle boards (up to 320lbs) with paddles.

20 minutes to Walmart
5 minutes to West Lake public beach and boat launch

Guest access
Guests have private access to the home and waterfront. The house is located down a gravel driveway that is accessible by car. There is parking room for up to four vehicles.
