Enjoy this 1876 Victorian home right in the downtown of Golden. Walk to all Golden has to offer. Just blocks from restaurants, breweries, a Riverwalk, and several hiking trails. 10 min from Red Rocks, ride the light rail to Denver, just an hour from ski resorts and a half hour from casinos. This rental is in a great location with a great price! To keep this affordable price it is a no frills location, it is however very clean, comfortable and convenient.

The space
This rental is the upper level of the building with your own private entrance, living room area, private bathroom, and a balcony with great views. When entering through the front entrance you will see a couple doorways in the hallway. Don't worry these doors are blocked off through the salon and no one can enter through them. This space has many conveniences, but a full kitchen is not one of them, so please keep this in mind when booking.
