This is a Poolside 2-story condo on the ground floor overlooking 2 pools, gardens and Tetakawi mountain, the symbol of San Carlos, Sonora Mexico. Walking distance to Shangri-la beach and Posada beach. Walking distance to restaurants and bars on the adjacent Marina, including brewery MARVIDA!

Mirador Escénico in San Carlos, Sonora was ranked #1 top ocean view in the world (according to the National Geographic book “Secret Journeys of a Lifetime”)

The space
The condo is located within the Marinaterra Hotel & Spa grounds. You access the private condominium zone through the Marinaterra Hotel & Spa lobby entrance. The private condo grounds are separate from the hotel guests area. The grounds are maintained daily and feature beautiful gardens and walkways in addition to the luxury lobby entrance.

The condo can sleep 4 people comfortably in the queen beds upstairs but can sleep up to 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room.
