Having more than 150 guests and more than 100 reviews through Airbnb, she was the first guest who gave me 3 Stars.
It's a great pity that she seems to be unsatisfied with one of our rooms.
Seems to me, it's quite obvious she was having a kind of over-expectation to the room or she did NOT read through the explanation on my listings.
I had a bit of trouble communicating with her as she was not good at English or Japanese and maybe that’s why she didn’t read through the explanation as it’s written both in English and Japanese but the none of the other languages.
We obviously write down that we are on the hill, we do not have an elevator, our staffs are around from 12:00-20:00, (She checked-out 10:00 which means none of staffs are around.). Regarding to the curtain, it was set in the right way.
