The space
The property is in a quiet, low-density area, even in summer, ideal for disconnecting from the routine and enjoying a well-deserved rest. Oliva beach is just 25 meters away, with long stretches of fine sand and warm, shallow waters, ideal for long walks and water sports. Oliva, in the Valencian region, is a very welcoming town with a very wide range of cuisines available, especially rice dishes and Mediterranean cuisine. In addition, it offers access to activities such as horseback riding, boat trips, sport fishing, golf, cycling, kitesurfing, windsurfing and hiking, as well as the opportunity to enjoy a typically Mediterranean culture.
