Great for an artist/scholar (or two or three or four) looking to cut costs. Monthly rent includes wireless internet and electricity. Gas costs approximately 250 pesos every 2-3 months. Local informal economy booms (think street food) and the neighbors rock.

House Rules
Not suitable for pets

This is densely populated, working-class, Mexico City. The neighborhood is mostly familial, with a growing number of UNAM college students renting rooms. Noise is allowed (in fact, there are roosters and a continual stream of street vendors, so if noise isn't really your thing, you only wanna consider this place with a good pair of earplugs already packed). You are welcome to host friends for dinner and or drinks at the apartment. But please be respectful of the neighbors.
