My place is a rustic modern apartment located downtown Mayagüez. There's a pharmacy right at the corner and a supermarket on the other; gas stations, small shops and bars at walking distance. It has its own private parking that fits about 5-8 cars. It is very open, modern, with a lot of natural light. It has A/C in all rooms. Please read entire listing and rules.

-The apartment is located downtown, so there is potential for noise. The ceilings are metal so, you will hear the rain except on the actual bedrooms.

- Stairs: Bedrooms are located in the second floor of the apartment, while bathroom is located on the 1st floor. Apartment entrance is on a 2nd floor.

Please note that in Puerto Rico it's normal to loose water and/or electricity services from time to time. Unfortunately we cannot control it, so we never know when it will occur and cannot be responsible. We leave extra water for emergencies.
