Das Apartment ist im Oktober2017 neu gemacht worden. Es verfügt über WLAN, TV, Küche, Bad mit Dusche, eigenen Eingang und einer Fußbodenheizung. Als Schlafgelegenheit steht Ihnen eine Futon Schlafcouch zur Verfügung. Zum Flughafen München beträgt die Fahrzeit 10min., in 7 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der S-Bahnstation. Auch für Bettwäsche ist gesorgt.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.

The space
The apartment is located in the City with very good traffic connections.

It’ll take you about 7 Minutes on foot to the local train station. By car you can reach the autobahn in 5 Minutes, the airport in and the Munich city centre in some 30 minutes.

The 1 room apartment has an area of approximately 16 sqm, with a open kitchen it is ideal for one Person. The kitchen is provided with all kinds of kitchen equipment you Need.
Of course you also have a bathroom with a nice shower.
The apartment is floored with Laminate.
Internet Access in included in the rental price and bed linen is provided, too.
Parking lots are situated right in front of the house and can be used at no charge.

Unfortunately we don’t allow pets.

Attention: prices vary during Oktoberfest or trade fairs, as well as weekly Rentals. Weekly price: six times daily price.
