Once the home of retired sea captains Paradise is Ramsgate's oldest street. Built in 1720 the beams of the houses are made from ship's masts and the walls are paneled in wood. The rooms are furnished with antiques and objets d'art, ethnic fabrics and 18th century prints. There's a wood burning range as well as central heating, wifi and all the modern conveniences. This is a place to relax with plenty of privacy, located midway between the railway station and the beach 10 minutes walk either way.
